Use the 'forgot password' link on the portfolio login page itself — a reset link goes to the email and mobile registered on your folio. If the registered contact details are out of date, call us and we will help you update them with the registrar first.
They are two different systems. Your equity and Demat holdings sit with the broker (Motilal Oswal) and are accessed through their platform. Your mutual fund folios sit with the AMCs and their registrars, and are shown together in the MF portfolio platform. Nothing is lost by having both — they simply hold different assets.
Not always to the rupee. Analytics rebuilds your portfolio from registrar feeds and may lag by a day, or miss folios held under a different PAN or email. Your Consolidated Account Statement from CAMS or KFintech, and the statements from the AMC, remain the authoritative record.
Please don't. Each investor should hold their own credentials, because folios are tied to PAN and any instruction placed through a login is treated as coming from that investor. We can set up separate access for each family member holding folios.
